On my system i am maintaining two users user1 and user2(both having administrative rights) but while using user1 I am unable to access gpedit.msc and unable to install shell files it es throwing an error that i cannot access the group policy or shell files and I have all my desktop icons and startup icons and when I try to replace from desktop properties they are not getting replaced but again I am able to access in user2. what could be the problem. Please give me a solution as early as possible.
