Group Policy Dial-Up connection

Looking for a way to use Group Policy to remove the alter the advanced tcp\ip properties in all dial up connections.

I am trying to keep the dial up connection from “use the default gateway on remote network.”

The overall goal is to keep dial-up RAS users from using our corporate internet access from home. Other suggestions appreciated.
