Create a new OU in ADUC

In Active Directory Users and Computers, create a new OU; move the user object into this new OU. Now create a new Group Policy and link it to this new OU with the policies that you want applied to this user. Create the GP Object by right-clicking on the OU / Properties / Group Policy tab, or download an install the free GP Management Console from MS.

Hi

You are using win-xp so there is no way to create OU , the case u specify will only work in case of win-2k3 or in a server OS having AD installed on that.

YOu can't do this using win-xp

if u will apply policy that will effect ur whole machine(all user even admin also)

so be careful while applying policy in case of win-xp
