How do I apply a password policy that informes users to give them some time (10 or 15 days)before they chage their password they have been using for the last year or two? My new policy will let them use their pw for 120 days. Some users used the same password for the last three years, I don’t want them to change that password right away, I want to give them 10 or 15 days before they change it then after that my 120 days pw policy will start counting.
