Group Policy Programs Folder

I have a foler redirection on my Desktop and All Programs folder and wish to disable the right click on the Start Menu > All Programs.
I have successfully removed this feature from the Start Menu and Desktop, and disabled access to Network Browsing, but when a user right clicks on the Start Menu > All Programs, the menu appears that enables the user to open\explore\search the Programs folder. This takes them to the heart of the network share. These are Public facing PC’s and will be abused!!
