Group Policy, Redirect My Document to server, Lock C: drive, Disable Run

I need help in writing group policy, to
1. Redirect My Documents Folders so it can be saved on server or NAS

2. I want to lock C: drive for a small section of user group so they cannot access or save any thing on local computers.

3. I want to disable run.exe for this user group.

Can anyone please tell me how can I do this.
