I am simply testing a software installation of an Adobe Reader MSI through Group Policy. I have the Object linked to the Domain, and under Security Filtering I have both my user object and computer object listed. I can under Delegation that both objects have Read access. Yet when I restart or do a gpupdate /force, I don’t get the software.
I also looked under the Group Policy Results for my computer. It shows the GP Object as Denied under User Config because it’s Empty and it doesn’t show up in either approved or denied in the Computer Config. I added the Software Install to the Computer Config.
Is there something I’m missing?
