We decided to upgrade Groupshield to 4.5 on exchange 5.5 sp3. The install went ok i also installed the Microsoft hotfix which the install says it needs.
Once it was installed we had problems in that it quarinted every attachment in the building. Once this happenend we took off as much as we could in the scanning part including no blocking. Come the next day some attahcments were still being blocked and no one could send any attchments.
Does this sound familar to anyone?
