Groupshield process hogging CPU

by integrity . Updated 24 years, 10 months ago

Background:
I have a server running NT4 and Exchange 5.5, on top of which Groupshield is protecting my mail server and clients.
I noticed my servers CPU load was constantly at 100%, using Performance Monitor I viewed the processes and discovered aprocess named tkupd32 taking 98% CPU time.
I scanned the net and came up with the result that this is a process that Groupshield runs and the problem can be solved by a hotfix, my problem is I can find no reference to this hotfix anywhere on the Network Associates site or McAfee site.

My Question:
Where can I find or get hold of this hotfix or is there another way of solving this problem?

Jeff
