Is there a way to add files to a shared folder that resides in the Groupwise cabinet? I'm able to drag the entire email into it, but I can't put just the attachment in there, or a file from a different location.

Have you just been dragging an attachment straight in. I have done this by saving to desktop first then dragging the files in. You don't state what type of files either mine were zipeed data.

Looks like I need to create Document Libraries.
How do I do this?

Your System Admin has to have your Central Groupwise Library Enabled and has to have assigned to you (your UserID) access rights to create Shared folders in that library.

Then you should be able to save attachements or any individual files directly to the folder.
