I have noticed that when using Groupwise 5.5 that the hyperlinks act differently on some machines and I am unsure why. If the hyperlink for a URL has a question mark or an equal sign in it not all users can link directly to the URL. Some users canpoint anywhere on the link, click and they go to that URL. Others can only point at the link up to the =, or ?. Beyond that they only get the I bar. To get to the link they have to either highlight the link, and click, or copy and paste. In the environment I am working in we are using standardized images with Windows NT, and Windows 2000 (it appears 2000 computers are more likely to have the problem than NT, I have only seen the problem on the 2000 machines) We use Internet Explorer version 5.5 for our Browser.
