You can use the GroupWise Address Book as the Data Source for a Mail Merge in Word. Start the Mail Merge and set up the main document in whatever format you want (form letters, mailing labels, etc.). Click GET DATA, then USE ADDRESS BOOK. Select the GroupWise Address Book and proceed as with a normal Mail Merge.

Your best bet is to refer to Novell TID #10027210. This goes over the full procedure for exporting the GroupWise address book to ASCI comma delimited text. Then Excel can import it.

      Novell TID #10027210:

The GroupWise export utility reads NDS and GroupWise objects and creates an ASCII delimited text file containing each object’s attribute values. The utility supports most NDS classes (including extensions) and GroupWise classes. You can configure the delimiters, destination NDS context, and field positions.

To export objects from GroupWise using this utility:
1.Click Tools GroupWise Utilities | Export.

2.Fill in the fields on the Export dialog box. A. NDS/GroupWise Class: Select this option to export objects belonging to an NDS class or to a
      GroupWise-related NDS class.
      B. GroupWise Class: Select this option to export objects belo
