Groupwise and PC Docs

We are on NT 4.0 and Novell 5.x and Groupwise 5.5 and recently upgraded to Docs Open 3.72.

Now we have users who experience problems printing Groupwise emails and have to close and reopen in order to print.

Any suggestions?
