Here’s the deal…
We are currently using Groupwise 5.5. We are still using Windows 95 on workstations adn have recently upgraded all users to Office 2000.
The problem…
When trying to open attachments, the user gets hung.
I have gone to Novell’s website and the have 3 possible solutions (not of which work) and one work around (re-installing office), which works for about 2 weeks and the problem comes back.
The file associations that Groupwise uses in Windows are all fine.
Any ideas???
