I have installed GroupWise 5.5 with the enhancement pack and Update 1. Before and after the update the same results. When I print a message while reading the message, the header information does not print (To: From: Date: Subject:) I know I can close the message and print from there, but that’s an extra step. Any ideas on getting the header info to print from within the message?
I’ve tried this fix as per Novell site (and Chuck):
To enable this go to:
1.GroupWise Mailbox, right click onany message.
2. Select View
3.Right click on main message area.
4.Select Print (Preview) Option
5.Check the Print Header box in the Header & Header fonts area.
6.Make sure the value of (%F) is in the ‘Job Name’. This will allow the Header to have the Name of the user and the mail subject in the header……
THIS DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM!
