GroupWise – User unable to add address to personal group

We are running GroupWise 7.01 on a Netware 6.5 SP6 server. We have a user that is unable to add a user address to a group in her personal address book. She can add the user and it says that it saves it but when she goes back into the group the address is not there. She can add this person to any other group but not this one. Any suggestions on how to trouble shoot or correct this issue is very much appreciated.
