Guide to IT/IS Planning for merged IT Division

Hello guys,..

Can anyone here give me the best Idea or guide to make IT/IS planning for corporate IT division.

Let me give me the example :

There are 3 company in our groups.

Each company has it’s own IT Division.

Now, there is an issue to merge all of IT division into a separete IT company. This new IT company will be ‘selling sercices’ to the other 3 company.

Is there any one here who can share past experience that looks similar to this one.
