Hacking, Cain&Able, wireless

By Beginner9 ·
Hi all

I have a Vista laptop (configured admin & Password) using wireless to connect to internet via wireless Netgear Router.

I have a windows 7 desktop connected via wire to Netgear Router.

I know the mac-address and IP of laptop.

Using desktop what do i need to hack laptop and gain access to it. & see what the laptop is doing.

Hardly a Crack

You need to enter the Routers Setup and Bridge the Wired and Wireless LAN's together.

The way to do this is covered in the Netgear Routers Manual.

I couldnt find anything from the manual. the Netgear model is wireless G router with 5 ports in its back.

Is there any other way I can capture packets and access the laptop via desktop

Then you missed it, or are looking at the wrong manual

or haven't looked in the router.

Once done, set up a Windows workgroup, and share files.
