Hanging Terminal Serve

I have 8 Citrix servers which are set for load balancing. Nearly every day at least one server, possibly as many as 5, have to be reset (forced reboot) because users are unable to log on. Also, it is not possible to access the server directly. Most times there is an error message: Termsrv.exe: (Hex number) referenced memory at (Hex Number) cannot be read. The Hex sometimes changes from day to day and PC to PC. To select OK in the error message is to close Termsrv.exe. I select OK and the serverhangs with a green screen (Not the blue screen). The servers with the memory cannot read messages on the console have "Unable to authenticate Server" message in the Citrix Administrator.

We have been rebooting all of the servers every night. This has not corrected the problem.

I have been assuming the memory which cannot be read is "Physical memory." And that the first number is some object which is part of the Terminal Server Application which is requesting an object in the physical memory. Am I correct?

Regardless, what is happening? How can the need for daily+ forced reboots be reduced?
