Using Outlook and Exchange, created new public folder in Outlook, system hung through process. Now when selecting the folder, the system hangs. I need to delete this public folder. How do I delete a public folder when selecting it causes the system to hang? I’ve tried to delete it through Outlook and directly on the Exchange server. Both situations cause the system to hang. How do I delete this public folder or how do I restore the public folders from backup so as to rewrite over the existing public folders, thus restoring the public folders subdirectory to its state prior to attempting to create a new public folder?
