Does a hard disk develop more bad sectors than usual when you play mp3's (from the Hard Disk)the whole day?

NO. You should never develop bad sectors ever unless the hard drive is failing. Bad sectors are areas where the data that is there does not pass a CRC test, that means the data is corrupt, should never happen when just reading from the sectors. Locate a diagnostic from the drive manufacturer and run it to see what's really going on. Bad sectors are just that, BAD.
