hard disk error, giving noise

I have maxtor HD, having model 81280A2, mfd date is 04-30-97. (on stiker)

Sir, when starting computer hard disk gives some noice and can’t detect hard disk. It gives massage as HARD DISK ERROR. The disk have some important data , how can I recover the data and the error
