Hard Drive and Permissions

I recently worked on my drive and uninstalled the everyone groupfrom the drive and installed the authenticated users now i have no access to the drive

When i login it is still there but have I no permission to it i can see it but cannot get intoit

is there anyway i can redo the security on this drive it is Advanced server 2000

Question do you log on as a user or as a Administrator?
If you are are are user and you don’t belong to the authenticated users group then of course you will not get access to the drive.
If you have Administrator rights and log in as Administratorthen all you have to do is
open up the adminstration tools found in the control panel look for the Computer Management snap in.
look up users and groups and then change your login id to become a member of that group.
if that fails then.
login as administrator bring up the properties of the drive and change the group name that is assigned to it or smiply add your login id to the security list.
