Hard Drive Icon – My Computer

Windows XP Home Edition. In My Computer, two of the three hard drives do not show the standard icon. They show an icon for an Autorun file on the root of that drive. Thus, when I click on that icon, it tries to run the file instead of opening a window showing the contents of the drive. The only way I can open the drive from My Computer is to right-click and select Explore. I have deleted the Autorun files. How can I get this back to the standard icon and operation?
