Hard Drive Problems from WinNT to Win98

A client of mine has recently installed Win NT on his system… due to the hardware performance…he reinstall Win98. However, he is only showing 1 partition. He has 2 hard drive each with more than 40g space cap.

In WIn NT, all of his partition was in Fat.. for the expection of one partition..which was NTFS.. However before switching over to Win98.. he moved his files from the NTFS partition to a FAT partition.. then removing the NTFS part. Why is Win98 not showing the rest of the Partition he had on NT…Doesn’t Win 98 read all FAT drives?
