Conner merged with Seagate in 2001 and no longer exists as a separate entity.

It appears that some of Conners products (such as the CT40 were taken over by a company called ExcelStor (www.excelstor.com) out of China. Their online tech support is non-existant (their Tech support page shows only an email address; no phone numbers, no online help). They have offices only in Shenzhen, China and Hong Kong (hence the lack of a tech support phone number). Could find no other sites on the internet that might show jumper settings. I did find a German-language website (that hasn't been updated recently) that gives some basic specs for these drives. Try:

http://www.tecchannel.de/hardware/932/0.html

(remove any embedded spaces from the URL)

Given the prices, speeds, and capacities of hard drives currently available, I would suggest investing in some new drives.

Good luck with your problem.
