The hard disk is doing a sound like “click” seem to be that the head is touching with the surface or the head is stucked, the BIOS doesn’t detect the hard disk, i changed the jumpers settings as slave and no hard disk (master & slave) are detected by BIOS, aslo i change the hard disk to secondary IDE controller and the bios still is not detecting the hard disk.
what can i do in order to recover the information?
