HardDisk Scsi unreadable and unknown

I have scsi Seagate hard disk, and i think it’s corrupted because I cannot boot anymore and i cannot find it in bios, anyway i have connected to another PC and i found in disk managements appears but with red circle and become unreadable and unknown, i used to have C and D drive and all my data was in D drive. so please tell me how to make it readable and back up my data.i cannot formatted or install fresh windows becuase its not found.

I would be very glad for your help. It?s very urgent
