Harddrive is unallocated, why? and how do I allocated it?

My maxtor harddrive is unallocated, why? and how do I allocated it?

In the BOIS my harddrive is visible, and my sata riad is functional. It used to be set up as my F:/ drive, however now my F:/ drive appears to be a CD drive even though my other two disc drives are set up and functional as D:/ and E:/. So why is my harddrive appearing as a CD drive that doesn’t exist?

My drivers are installed from my asus cd, so that isn’t the issue. Is there any know free way to fix MBR/Partition Information, anything through Computer Management.
