My hard drive won’t turn on when I put in Both the Power Cord & the IDE Cable into my hard drive. But if I take out the IDE Cable & leave the power cord in, then the hard drive turns on. What can I do to make the hard drive turn on with both the IDE Cable & the Power Cord in it.
