I have a hard drive that cannot be found in “MY Computer”. I have checked for missing drivers in Device Manager and tried different USB ports. I have rebooted with the drive connected. I still cannot open the files. I was able to open the drive this morning but now I cannot. Please advise what I can do to extract my data.
