why is my pc automatically shutting down and go into bios setup? I have a gigabyte h410mh motherboard and an intel i3 10100 processor with 8 GB Kingston ram and 240GB Kingston SSD.

While you’re in the BIOS setup, use the function to reset all settings to safe defaults, or whatever it’s called. Then save and reboot and tell us what happens.
