Has anyone found a RFID solution that integrates with Remedy?

I am researching possibilities for an RFID solution that would integrate with our current Asset tracking we organize through Remedy. It is hard to imagine with todays technology that we are still handling assets manually but here is the reason for my inquiry. I noticed the discussion on the secure RFID and I would have to concur with the comment of why does it matter. I thought the point was to make sure you can identify where devices were with the RFID but what other data is stored with that technology??
