    Have a SMPS that is not getting any outputs. How do you troubleshoot ?

    Working on a Hyosung NH5300 power supply (OEM part #: 5621000002) and for some reason it is not getting any outputs. I am getting power up to the filtering circuit but that’s it. How would one troubleshoot said PSU ?
