Having a bit of an issue after attempting to install AGP

Trying to install an AGP GeForce 4 Ti4600 on a 7VM400M-RZ Mb, running a built-in VGA card. OS is XP.

Basically, when I try booting up with the card in the AGP slot, I get nothing. Green LED…but the system doesn’t sound like its even attempting to boot. I get no power to the keyboard, screen stays blank…only thing that seems to run are the fans.

If I turn off power, remove card, and boot up again, it works fine. If I select under Bios for it to go for the onboard slot first, and try to boot with AGP card inserted, I still get the same problem. However, if I again shut down and remove card, on reboot I get a message about invalid options with the current chipset, or some crap like that, and that it will restore these settings to their default if I wish to continue.

Either way, as long as that card is in AGP slot, I get the same unresponsive computer with a blank screen, that never even shows a hint of booting up.
