I have a user that is running Windows XP with Outlook 2003. I can’t get outlook to remember the users login ID. Everytime she opens outlook she has to type domain\userID than the password. There isn’t even an option to check “Save my password”. Outlook is connected to an exchange server. Is there anyway to get around this?
