You can test by doing this:

by M@gnesium In reply to Having problem connecting ...

Open outlook, then hold the ctrl key and right-click the outlook icon in the system tray and select 'Connection Status'
The 'HTTPS' under Conn column indicates that you are connecting to Exchange via OUtlook anywhere. If you dont see HTTPS, it could indicate that there is a problem with your settings.

What is the version of Exchange, Outlook and Is there any firewall?

If it is first time then you should follow these steps

Outlook 2007

Outlook 2003
http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/outlook/HP101024441033.aspx

Exchange Server Configuration:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996922.aspx

Firewall Configuration:
Allow incoming https connection to Exchange server

If it is not your first time and it was working fine then what was changed?
