having problem with my USB host controller

i am having intel 101GGC motherboard. recently my usb ports started troubling me, now all the six usb ports on my workstation does not work. when i open the Device manager and then the universal serial bus controller, there is an exclamation mark on the “Standard Enhanced PCI to USB host controller”. i tried reinstalling, disabling, the driver and also installing a fresh copy of XP but for no good. i tried searching for Standard Enhanced PCI to USB host controller but could not find any match. my motherboard is USB 2.0 capable.
