My Dell inspiron e1505 has been acting up lately. For some reason, every time I try to change the volume level with my volume buttons located on the front, or by holding down the function key, my computer freezes up. I can still move the mouse, but I can’t click on anything, forcing me to shut off the computer from the power button.
I installed norton 360 and ad-aware, and got rid of viruses and adware and such, but it’s still happening. Although I can still adjust the volume from the toolbar, Id like to figure out why this is happening and hopefully fix it.
So, that said, if anyone has any recommendations I would greatly appreciate them.
