HD Not Boot After Clone (Norton Ghost)

I used both Norton Ghost 2000 and Norton Ghost 2002 try to clone a standalone Windows NT
Workstation (Service Pack 6/6a)using a WD 6G IDE HD, the clone was successful but when I put the WD into another backup PC, the PC didn’t boot. The PC only have a cursor blinking on the top left hand corner.When I used the same software and HD to clone another Service Pack 4 NT workstation, it works fine. I wonder is there any fix or any upgrade version (like New Ghost 7.5) can do that?
