HDD recovery protected files

I have an hdd as slave. I have already bypass the security and took ownership. However some of the picture folder files do not want to open. can you help me with this issue?

You may need to take ownership of the individual Files.

But if you where using EFS you'll need to use the Encryption Key that you backed up previously as per the directions here

Of course if you didn't backup the encryption Key you'll need to do as M$ Suggest Find a Friendly Cracker. The Reality though is that you will be unable to open these files ever again.

Check the ownership of the files and / or folders you cannot access.

I have frequently run into the issue where taking ownership of a folder does not tranmit down the folder path. And not every sub folder is affected the same.

Adobe is a common culprit when trying to recover user profile folders as are Windows update folders. If they don't have adminstrator(s) assigned as user writes then you have to take ownership of each file or folder seperately from the parent.
