HDMI Splitter to another HDMI Splitter

Question, can I connect one HDMI splitter to another SPlitter.
I would have 1 computer input into the HDMI Splitter, then have numerous outputs from the splitter. Can I have one of those outputs go into another HDMI splitter (as the input) and then split further. Would that work?

You’ll have to test it because HDMI is protected so you can never know if your collection of splitters will work.
