I am looking at these solar flares and it is winter in Los Angeles and it is 80 degrees at the beach. If we have holes in the ozone and the solar flares are hitting that area of the earth than it makes sense that we would get more heat coming into our atmosphere. Forget global warming. I am wondering if the solar flares over long periods of time are not the reason for our ozone holes? I am not a scientist, but I think that man has way too big an ego to think that we are responsible for the ozone holes. I think that we might be exacerbating a geologically natural occurring event in the earth’s history. If you look at all the myths and legends handed down from our ancestors (oral and written) there are many stories of huge floods including the one in the Bible with Noah. I believe we are going to be seeing a big meltdown followed by an ice age… it is already in the cards, so to speak. Forget about “Armageddon and fighting between men. Mother Nature is going to kick our asses in the end.” It always does.
