Hi! Just wondering if anyone can shed some light for me.. I just purchased 2 new pcs – specs are Intel Dual Core processors, 320GB HDD, 1GB RAM, running XP Service Pack 2, and Internet Explorer v7. Now, my problem -every time we try and run IE, we get an error message saying that “Explorer.exe. The instruction at “0x7c9118d0” referenced memory at “0x41e90f3e”. The memory could not be written. OK to Terminate or Cancel to Debug.” One pc is running Firefox to try and fix the problem, but still gets the error message.. now, the main thing to note here is that when trying to run IE the page will load but any attempt to type in google or indeed anything causes the error to come and close the page immediately. Does anyone have any ideas??? Thanks in advance!
