My Toshiba laptop Satellite A105-S2081 had 40GB Toshiba hard drive. Week ago my laptop did not boot up and after several attemps I tried to restore factory default through CD provided by Toshiba. It could not restore Factory default with error message.
I ordered new Samsung hard drive of 320 GB and installed it but upon boot up this hard drive is not recognized. My laptop freezes at the initial Toshiba screen.
How do I make my new hard drive recognized during boot up.
Is there any else required for installing new hard drive?
