Maybe... Maybe not...

Odds are that the install is hanging on a piece of hardware. If it can't find the correct driver it will either crash the install or just stare at you. There are a few things you can do.

1) (Preferred Method) Remove any extra hardware that you may have in the box. All you want is the Motherboard, RAM and the video card. Everything else is extra. Then start the install again.

2) Shut the machine off at the point it hangs and start again. The install procedure should pick up where it left off skipping the offending piece of hardware. This is NOT the way you should try it since it has a potential to foul things up.

3) Wipe the drive and start over. It's possible that the hard drive has become cluttered with all kinds of misinforation and the only way to resolve this is to format the drive and begin fresh.

Sorry that none of these is a graceful answer but that's about where you're at now.

Best of luck.

When you do this have you tried restarting in Safe Mode?

It will tell you at what point the system is hanging and what it is trying to install instead of the horrible Blue Splash Screen that tells you nothing at all.

You could also try running the Ultimate Boot CD and test the Hardware it is possible that the RAM is mismatched and causing a timing issue to occur.
