Every time I run the task manager program and do a performance check I monitor unusual spikes in the performance bar Ive done a virus scan and a system restore Ive also done all the other useful stuff as well,but nothing seems to correct the problem what can I do the only thing I haven,t tried is to reinstall everything any suggestion.Thanks
