I am working on an HP Pavilion a750y Pentium 4, had to replace motherboard, but was able to get the exact one that originally came with machine. powered up, everything looked fine, for some stupid reason I ran the HP system recovery, booted up and nothing. The only way I could get the system going was to use hard drive D, installed the OS on it. I can not access original drive C, I am able to get documents through Windows explorer, but had to re-install programs to D. Going into set-up BIOS, I don’t see where I can change the boot order. Does anyone out there know how I can resolve this.?
