I am in need of help to design/build a usb controller that will turn on/off 9 individual LEDs seperatly. The application that is to send commands to the controler is Visual Basic.
I am looking for low cost/ small in size/ good availability of parts needed.
I need schematics, source code ext. or am willing to pay for it to be fabricated.
