Help Desk Help

I am currently looking for a Help desk program for the company I work for.
I am curious on what Help Desk Software people use and what their likes and dislikes are about it?
Also if you could rate it from 1-10 (1 being bad 10 being good), What would you give it.

I tried this as a Discussion and got no reponses, so I thought if I gave some points away, maybe someone will help me out!
